In October we launched our mobile version of SmarterSurveys. Client schools are excited about the new opportunities for students to complete their end of course evaluations. This week’s Wordless Wednesday post highlights students at Faulkner University taking their end of course evaluations via mobile device. This fall, Faulkner launched an ipad initiative and is pulling in the highest percentage of mobile access with just over 40% of results coming from the mobile version. Other client schools are showing around 10-20% results through the mobile site.
As part of our commitment to helping schools improve their response rates, we are offering clients a consultant report that includes specific recommendations of how to improve response rates at their individual institution. The Improve Response Rates Study (IRRiS) will be available to clients by the end of 2012. We hope schools will choose to implement suggested improvements and be able to document increases in response rates over multiple terms. IRRiS is a free service provided to all client schools who use SmarterSurveys to deliver end of course evaluations.
